ADVANCE: ASCO Staff Review and Development Programme
Purpose of ADVANCE:
A positive two-way conversation which leads to improved individual, departmental and organisational performance.
ADVANCE is fundamental to the future of the organisation. It allows for all managers and employees to honestly and openly:
- Discuss past performance
- Agree future performance objectives and direction
- Identify learning and developmental needs
ADVANCE conversations focus on the aspects of the business that we believe underpin our future success:
- Operational (job specific)
- People
- Customers
- Innovation
- HSEQ
ADVANCE conversations are held twice yearly: The main discussion being in December / January with an interim review in June / July.
