ASCO has robust processes and procedures in place to define the impact company activities may have on health and wellbeing.
Support for the identification of hazards that may affect health is provided to the business by the HSEQ team and ASCO’s occupational health provider. All ASCO employees also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which is intended to help them deal with personal problems that might adversely impact health and wellbeing, work and performance.
